NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR CONT No. 902 of 2018 Punau Ram Dugga S/o Mr. Pandi Ram Dugga Aged About 40 Years By Occupation Lecturer Panchayat Government High School, Bulavand, Block Antagarh, District Kanker Chhattisgarh ---- Petitioner

Versus

Richa Prakash Choudhri Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat Kanker Chhattisgarh ..Respondent For Petitioner :

Mr. Parag Kotecha, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 31.08.2018 1.

Though the case is listed for orders on default, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this contempt petition may be disposed off in view of order dated 10.08.2018 passed in Cont No.741 of 2018.

2.

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of order dated 02/02/2018.

3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after lapse of more than seven months, no decision has been taken.

4.

I find that in the earlier order, this Court issued a direction to respondents to decide petitioner's claim. It appears that in the order, this Court did not clarify which of the respondents had to decide representation. The petitioner had filed representation before respondent No.3 in the writ petition namely CEO, Jila Panchayat, District - U.B. Kanker.

5.

The said respondent namely CEO, Jila Panchayat, U.B.Kanker shall decide the representation of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 30 days from today. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed off. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Rekha
