The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 104/2018 registered at Police Station Katghora, Distt. Korba for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act. 2.
The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn without reserving any liberty in favour of the applicant by order of this Court dated 09.07.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3217 of 2018.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application, therefore, this second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
