In this petition filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, prayer has been made to quash the Criminal Case No.454/2017.

It is submitted that after filing of the instant petition, the charges have been framed, therefore, at this stage, the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the grounds as raised in this petition before the concerned Court.

As prayed, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all the grounds raised in this petition before the competent Court having jurisdiction.
