1. The instant contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 23-6-20T4 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 4184 of 2005.
2. According to Annexure C/6, Deputy Director, Higher Education Department has directed the petitioner to appear'along with all relevant documents before Deputy Secretary, Department of Higher Education.
According to the petitioner, he has already appeared before the concerned -authority and no final decision has been taken.
3. Petitioner is directed .[o make an additional representation to the respondent No.1 herein within ten days from today and on such r

additional representation being filed, respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
However, petitioner is at liberty to revive the same, if his representation is not decided within reasonable time.
