Shrivastava Order On Board 20.12.2016 (1) The petitioner has challenged the order dated 03.9.2016 on the ground that the petitioner has been attached at Sonkyari, Block Manora whereas Government Circular dated 04.6.2001 do not permit such attachment.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that presently there is shortage of officers in Block Manora, District Jashpur, therefore, in order to make immediate arrangement, the petitioner has been posted at Sonkyari, Block Manora for

discharging certain duties. It is submitted that it is not the case that petitioner is being attached to Sonkyari without any work, he has been asked to work at Sonkyari, Block Manora in the exigency of services.

(3) It appears that presently as an interim arrangement, the petitioner has been asked to work at Sonkyari, it is not the case of the present petitioner that he has been permanently shifted and attached to Sonkyari, Block Manora.

(6) Considering this temporary arrangement of the petitioner, it is expected that the Government shall make some arrangement at Sonkyarai as early as possible so that the petitioner may be sent back to his original place of posting.

(7) Let the exercise of permanent posting at Sonkyari be completed within a period of six weeks from today so that the petitioner may be sent back to his original place of posting. (8) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed off.
