Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, particularly taking note of the fact that the petitioner's initial appointment under the respondents was on contractual basis for specific period of contract and the contract having come to an end in January, 2018, the only recourse that can now be permitted to the petitioner is to approach the respondent No.3 by making an appropriate representation ventilating his grievance particularly seeking further extension of service taking into consideration the past

services that were rendered by the petitioner for a period of more than 11 years.

Let an appropriate representation in this regard be made to the respondent No.3 within a period of 15 days, in addition to any earlier representation, if any pending. Upon such representation being made, the respondent No.3 may consider the claim of the petitioner sympathetically subject to availability of the post and also subject to the requirement of the work which the petitioner was earlier being discharging at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
