1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.517/2020, registered at Police Station: City Kotwali, Raigarh, District: Raighar (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Applicant has obtained payment of Rs.31,000/- from several victims assuring them of providing job as a Cook in a Government Department.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. The applicant is in jail since 27-07-2020 and the charge sheet has already been filed. The offences are triable by Judicial Magistrate First Class, therefore, considering the length of pretrial detention, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
