1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal against the order passed by the Naib-Tahsildar directing removal of encroachment by order dated 30.6.2016.
2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
3. The petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the appropriate revenue authority. If such an appeal is filed, the revenue authority will do well and decide the same expeditiously.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off.
