1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would submit that the matter in issue has already been considered and decided by this Court in WPS No.6927/2011 (Kunwar Kant Dewangan Vs. State of Chhattisgarh

& Others) and other connected matters on 6.12.2013 and the present writ petition may also be disposed of in the same terms.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Kunwar Kant Dewangan, referred to above.
