(2) In view of above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to prefer appeal before the Commissioner of Revenue Division and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers appeal before the Commissioner of Revenue Division within a period of 15 days from

today for redressal of his grievances, it is expected to be decided by the authority concerned within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
