1. The order under challenge in the present writ petition is Annexure P1 dated 12.07.2019 passed by the respondent no.2 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Middle School, Sorgaon, Block Baster to Middle School Badekakaloor, Block Bastanar.

2. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that at the present place of posting, it is only recently on 19.06.2019 that the petitioner was posted at Middle School, Sorgaon vide Annexure P-4 to which the petitioner gave his joining on 24.06.2019 and in less than 20

-2days time, the petitioner has again been transferred to a different place.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents 2 & 3 who in turn shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has recently been posted at Sorgaon vide order dated 19.06.2019.

4. Till a decision is taken by the respondents 2 & 3 on the representation of the petitioner, the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall not be given effect to.

5. The petitioner is directed to file a representation within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order failing which the order passed by this Court shall lose its efficacy.
