The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.212/2016 registered in Police Station Katghora, District-Korba (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 379, 411, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 R/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
As per the prosecution case, a report was lodged by one Deepak Shrivastava on 14/07/2016 that his Bolero Vehicle bearing registration No.C.G. 12-D/0687 has been stolen by some one. Subsequently, during investigation the applicant was taken into custody and on his memorandum, it was revealed that the applicant after stealing the vehicle sold it to the Vidyawati Gupta who was running a scrap shop. Thereafter, after changing the number same was sold to another person. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, there is no evidence against the applicant, charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail.

Perused the case diary and the documents. It appears that the vehicle was initially stolen by the present applicant which subsequently changed hands. Taking into these facts, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
