Counsel for the respective respondents accept notice for respondents. Hence, the petitioner is not required to pay separate process fee for issuance of notice to the respondents.

Perused the instant petition and the documents annexed. 5.

The instant petition is hereby disposed of without any appreciation on its merits.

The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before respondent No.4 within 10 days from today.

The respondents 3 & 4 are directed to consider the said fresh representation along with earlier communication between the parties pending and decide the representation within three months from the receipt of the fresh representation on its merits and in accordance with law.

Needless to mention that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

The petitioner may file a copy of the petition and the documents annexed along with fresh representation for consideration. He may also file a copy of the order before respondent No.4 for compliance.

Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4 is directed to send a copy to respondent No.4 for compliance. 11.
