1. The petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to decide his representation/appeal preferred against the order (Annexure-P/1), which is a communication of Executive Evaluation Report (EER) for the year 2012-13.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents would refer to para-5 of the return

to submit that the representation preferred by the petitioner is not maintainable.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition seeking direction for deciding the representation is not entertainable. It is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move fresh writ petition, if the cause of action still survives.
