Vide order dated 29.6.2018, the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur has granted bail to Respondent No.2/accused Deepak Bhoi Kulshresth in which one of the conditions imposed upon Respondent No.2 is that he will not commit the same crime again. 3.
Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that one of the terms and conditions imposed upon Respondent No.2/accused vide the order dated 29.6.2018 by which he has been granted bail has been violated by him, therefore, the bail order deserves to be cancelled.

Since the bail order has been passed by the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, in case of violation of any of the terms and conditions imposed vide the said order, the aggrieved party should first approach the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, but the same has not been done.

I find no merit in the instant revision. It is, therefore, dismissed. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the Applicant to move an appropriate application before the concerned Court. Sd/- (Arvind Singh Chandel) Judge Gopal
