1. Default pointed out by the Registry as of now stands ignored. With the consent of the parties matter heard finally at motion stage.

2. The limited grievance which the petitioner has in the present writ petition is that the respondents while considering the claim of the petitioner for the post of Peon under respondent No. 2 & 3 have not granted him marks which are otherwise to be given for being a candidate under the Below Poverty Line.

3. According to the petitioner he has been placed at serial No. 17 in the waiting list and in case if the petitioner is granted 5 marks which are

alloted for a candidate of Below Poverty Line, he would stand selected and his name would come in the main merit list.

4. Given the limited dispute that petitioner has raised and the fact that representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-6) is already pending consideration before the respondent No. 2, let respondent No. 2 take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
