The matter was called out for two consecutive dates i.e. 26/07/2017 and 27/07/2017 i.e. today. It was called out thrice today yet no one appeared for the appellant on any of the occasions. 2.

A notice was also circulated in the CIS Display board in the Advocates corridor that if the Lawyers do not turn up, the matters shall be dismissed for want of prosecution yet no one turned up for the parties when the matter was taken up in the post lunch session. 3.

In the circumstances, we are left with no other option but to dismiss the

appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.

A copy of this order be sent to both the parties within a week from today for information.
