At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he be permitted to withdraw the instant criminal revision with liberty to file an application under the proviso of Sub-section 2 of Section 126 of the Cr.P.C. for setting aside the ex-parte order passed against the applicant on 21-11-2014. 2.

On due consideration, the instant criminal revision is disposed of as withdrawn without any appreciation on its merit reserving the applicant's liberty to file the application as aforementioned under the relevant laws of limitation. 3.
