Rather ends of justice would serve if the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.3 & 5 to call upon the petitioner with entire records that are available with him and to scrutinize the GPF accounts of the petitioner and verify various entries of withdrawal that have been made while he was in service and thereafter

take an appropriate decision and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for certain extra amount, the same be released to him at the earliest and if the petitioner is not entitled, he be intimated accordingly. Let this exercise be done within a period of 90 days from today.
