1. This writ petition has been preferred for direction to the respondent police authorities to arrest respondent No.5, who has committed sexual offence against the petitioner as also for making investigation against the erring officers of the police station Supela including respondent No.4, who had given shelter to the culprit.
2. During pendency of the writ petition, respondent No.5 has been released on
anticipatory bail by this Court in M.Cr.C(A) No.767/2015, therefore, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. At this Stage, Shri Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the concerned police be directed to complete the investigation and submit charge-sheet at the earliest.
4. On the said count, no specific direction is needed because every police officer/investigating officer is duty bound to submit charge-sheet at the earliest. If the investigation is not completed within reasonable period, the petitioner may approach the concerned Superintendent of Police.
