Challenge in the present revision filed under Section 19 (4) of the Family Courts Act read with Section 397/401 of the code of Criminal Procedure is to the order dated 05.01.2017 passed by the II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur in Case No.271/2016 granting Rs.5,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the respondent. 02.

It is admitted position that the petitioner is working as Junior Telephone Exchange Officer in the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (B.S.N.L.) and he is getting salary of about Rs.60,000/-. Considering the income of the petitioner, the Court below appears to be justified in awarding Rs.5,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the respondent.

Accordingly, the revision preferred by the petitioner is bereft of any

substance, the same is liable to be and is hereby dismissed at the admission stage itself.

The trial Court shall make all the endevour for early disposal of the main case.
