Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 1 /0 2 /201 (1) Instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for payment of provident fund and gratuity after retirement. (2) Shri B.D. Guru, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 would submit that amount of Rs.17,36,323/- has already been given to the petitioner through cheque dated 12.01.2017 towards employment contribution fund and gratuity and the
amount of Provident Fund would be paid within a period of two weeks from today.
(3) In view of aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondent No. 2, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. (4) However, it is made clear that if the petitioner makes representation for interest on the amount of provident fund from the date of retirement till this date, it is expected to be decided by respondent No. 2 in accordance with law expeditiously.
