1. The present petition is against the order dated 12.05.2009 passed by the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Chhattisgarh.

2. Under section 78 of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 appeal is provided to the Tribunal. Since the alternative remedy is available, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move the Tribunal alongwith an application assigning reasons for condonation of delay.

3. The certified copy of the order may be returned to the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same.
