1. The limited relief that petitioner seeks for is for appropriate direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation that petitioner has made to the respondent no.2 so far as non granting of marks for the Experience Certificate of Assistant Electrician that petitioner has and also for grant of bonus points on the said Experience Certificate.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days. Meanwhile, petitioner would be at liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent no.2 supported with all relevant documents and contentions made in the representation.
