The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of suspension dated 03.10.2020, whereby the services of the petitioner has been placed under suspension.

Perusal of the record shows that the order of suspension itself speaks certain allegations leveled against the petitioner. No appeal is preferred against the said order, particularly when the order of suspension is an appealable order under the Rules governing the field. Moreover, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instead of an appeal filed a detailed representation to the
respondents in respect of he being innocent in respect of the allegations (Annexure P/6).

Considering the aforesaid submission that the petitioner has made and also taking note of the fact that scope of interference of this Court, under the writ jurisdiction at the suspension stage is too minimal, ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to consider the representation in accordance with law and to take an appropriate decision at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
