The grievance of the petitioner is that his father namely Ishwar Singh working on the post of Peon at Govt. Middle School Dharampura, Distt. Mungeli, died in harness on 29.09.2016. The petitioner had thereafter raised a claim for compassionate appointment which till date has not been considered by the respondents leading to filing of present petition. 2.

The counsel for the State submits that from the perusal of records it does not appear that the case of the petitioner till date has been finalized by the authorities.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to take an early

decision on the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment after obtaining appropriate instructions from the respondents No.1&2, if necessary.

Let this exercise be done within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No.1 to 3 so far as this order is concerned.
