Agrawal Order On Board 28/04/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that she may be permitted to file a revision before the revisional Court against the impugned order dated 20.01.2016 as other similar co-accused has been discharged vide order dated 24.06.2016 passed by IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur in Criminal Revision No.71/2016.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) The petitioner is permitted to prefer a revision before the revisional Court. If such revision is filed by the petitioner within a
period of 15 days from today and, in turn, the revisional Court shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law. The revisional Court will consider the application for condonation of delay, if any filed keeping in view that this petition remained pending before this Court since 01.02.2017.
(4) The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
