2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.141/2020 registered at Police Station Bagbahara, District Mahasamund (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. The applicant was found to be carrying 50 Kg of Ganja in his Maruti Baleno Vehicle bearing registration No.OD-02-AM-1362.

4. Considering the commercial quantity of contraband recovered from the vehicle, which was driven by the applicant, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
