1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.142 of 2020, registered at Police Station Bagbahara, District Mahasamund C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act.

2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that applicant has been found in illicit possession of 50 kgs of cannabis (ganja).

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the whopping quantity of cannabis (ganja) recovered from the applicant, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
