1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.307 of 2020, registered at Police Station Pipariya, District- Kabirdham for the offence punishable under Section 364A, 34 of the I.P.C.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the same, after examination of both victims.

4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
