This is the second bail application filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 105/2018, registered at Police Station Sariya, District Raigarh(CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 354(C), 509(B) of the IPC and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the bail application.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
