Learned counsel for the non-applicant submits that the orders have been complied with and the payment has been released which is stated in the affidavit. Since there is no representation is made on behalf of the applicant, the submission made by the non-applicant is accepted and in the affidavit it has been stated that the orders have been complied with.
In view of the above, the contempt petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
The contemnor is discharged.
