No.1/2019, in which direction is sought to make payment of amount as ordered to the High Court Legal Aid Committee.

It was ordered in the award dated 11.02.2017 by disposing of the revision petition on the basis of the compromise that an amount of Rs.90,000/- shall be paid to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of two months from the date of order. As the amount was not paid within stipulated time, therefore, this application has been filed for extension of time.

After due consideration, the application is allowed and it is ordered that in compliance of the order dated 11.02.2017, passed by the Lok Adalat of High Court, payment be made to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of 15 days. Revision petition stands disposed off subject to payment of amount to the High Court Legal Aid Committee. Certified copy today.
