Grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner is working on the post of Assistant Teacher at Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur, she has not been considered for promotion to the next higher post of Teacher (Nagriya Nikay). 3.

In the petition, specific details of total number of vacancies is not given and even the seniority position of the petitioner has also not been reflected from any document filed along with the petition.

In view of above, the only direction which can be issued in this case is that if the petitioner prefers representation before the competent authority, the

same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 5.
