1. The relief sought for by the Petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been continuously working under the respondents as a daily wage employee since 01.01.1996 onwards and till date, he has uninterruptedly worked with the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner's case be considered for regularization in accordance with the circular of the State Government dated 05.03.2008 and 03.04.2008.

3. Given the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, this Court is of the opinion that, ends of justice would meet, if the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization

-2in terms of the circular of the State Government dated 05.03.2008 and 03.04.2008. Let this excise be concluded within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
