1. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been transferred from Middle School Melnadih to another school at Ramdei by order dated 04.07.2019 and he has joined the present place of posting. Also the fact that the petitioner, after joining at the place of posting, has found himself to be a surplus as against the policy of the State to the ratio of the students as against the teacher.
2. The prayer of the petitioner is that he may be given a liberty to make a representation to the respondent No. 3 to decide in accordance with the policy of the State.
3. Considering the limited prayer, It is directed if the petitioner makes a representation within a period of 15 days from today to file the same
before the respondent No. 3, the respondent No. 3 may decide the said representation within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of the representation.
