1. It is the case of the petitioner that he took admission for Ph.D. course in Guru Ghasidas University on 20-3-2013 and has been given registration date from 16-9-2014, whereas he is entitled for date of registration from the date of his admission i.e. 20-3-2013 for which he has made representations from time to time, but same are not being decided.

2. Be that as it may, the University is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law.
