We have heard Learned Counsel for the parties. 2.
We do not consider the present a fit case to examine the vires of Chhattisgarh Technical Education (Gazetted) Service (Teaching Cadre Polytechnic) Service Recruitment Rules and leave it open for consideration in an appropriate case as the Petitioner, aggrieved by non-acceptance of her online application, has approached this Court on 21.8.2015 well after the last date for submission of online applications on 18.8.2015. 3.
