This is the third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.03/2017, registered at Police Station Khallari, Distt. Dhamtari (CG), for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 302 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, Section 8 of the Chhattisgarh Vishesh Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam and Sections 10, 13, 16, 18, 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this third bail application.
