The grievance of the petitioner is that he is working with respondent no.2 as daily wager since 01.01.1995 and the persons junior to him have been regularised much earlier as per the circular of the State Government, but the case of the petitioner for regularization has not yet been considered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation to the concerned respondent, however the same remains undecided. 2.

Considering the plight of the petitioner it is directed that the petitioner if so advised may submit a fresh representation before the concerned respondent authority within a period of 4 weeks and thereafter on such representation being

filed, the concerned authority/respondent shall consider and decide the same at the earlier preferably within a further period of 3 months. 3.
