1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working since 01.10.1996 as a daily wage labour and has not been regularized till date, therefore, he prays liberty to make a representation before Respondent No.2 to regularize his services according to the Act & Rules, which is prevailing and the same may be decided in accordance with law.

2. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, it is observed that, if the petitioner makes a representation within a period of two weeks from today before the Respondent No.2, the same shall be

decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of representation as per the prevailing rules.
