1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 27.02.2019 passed in WPS No.1350/2019.

2. Respondents today have produced the order dated 16.09.2019 whereby the claim of the petitioner was duly considered and authorities have held that any decision of absorption can only be taken after the outcome of the pending writ petition i.e. WPS No. 6265/2016 pending before this Court.

3. Considering the fact that respondents have already taken a decision vide order dated 16.09.2019, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with. If at all, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the subsequent decision dated

16.09.2019, the petitioner would be at liberty to assail the same by way of fresh proceedings.

4. Reserving the right of the petitioner, the contempt petition stands accordingly disposed of.
