Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 23/08/2018 Though prayer has been made in this petition to direct the police authorities to register offence against respondents 7 and 8 under Section 307 IPC also along with registration of offence under Section 294, 323, 324, 324, 506 - B/34 IPC, considering that the matter is under investigation, I am not inclined to pass any direction at this

stage.
