2. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that there had been bonafide reason for non-appearance and non-representation of the petitioner on the date of hearing, therefore, the order passed for dismissing the criminal revision for non-appearance on 08/09/2021 may be set-aside and the criminal revision be restored.

3. After considering the reasons mentioned in the petition, I feel inclined to allow this petition at the motion stage.
