1. The petitioner has moved an application before the competent authority for registration of the Society under the CG Society Ragistrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 (for short 'the Adhiniyam'), which has not yet been considered.

2. Let the concerned Registrar under the Adhiniyam decide the petitioner's application for registration dated 21.8.2017 within a period of 3 months from today.
