The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 25.08.2020 in connection with Crime No. 33/2008 registered in Police Station- Ramchandrapur, District BalrampurRamanujganj (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 86, 307 & 427 of IPC; Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3 & 5 of Explosive Substances Act.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
