P.U.D. has been received from Court of Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Rajnandgaon (C.G.), praying for extension of time to conclude the trial.

This Court had ordered in M.Cr.C No. 2164/2019 vide order dated 15.04.2019, directing the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of three months. After considering the grounds mentioned in the P.U.D. for extension of time, I feel inclined to allow the prayer. Accordingly, further two months' time is granted for conclusion of trial and the petition is disposed off.
