The petition is against the inclusion of the name of the petitioner without his consent in the panel of Advocate prepared by the Advocate General Office.

The State counsel placed on record the copy of affidavit of Mr. A.K. Samantray, Principal Secretary, Department of Law & Legislative Affairs, (Govt. of Chhattisgarh) Capitol Complex, Mantralaya, Naya Raipur and submits that the order No.5920/P.Kr.716/P/Gra.BB/22/02/

Page No.2 2015, dated 14.08.2015, issued by the Department of Panchayat & Rural Development, State of C.G., has been cancelled with immediate effect.

In view of the above, since the redressal has already been made, the petition has become infructous.
