1. This is a second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.14/2010, registered at Police Station Kuwakonda, Distt- Dantewada C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 396, 397, 307, 404, 436, 449, 120-B of the I.P.C., Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3 & 5 of the Explosive Substances Act.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this bail application.
