(2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for Kramonnati as per circular dated 03.10.2008 and 11.01.2010 after completion of 24 years of service. He submits that the issue involved in the present petition has already been considered and decided by this Court in the matter of R.S. Verma Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others {W.P. (S) No.2805/2002} by judgment and order dated 29.08.2006. He further submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to make a representation to consider his case in light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of State of Tripura and Others Vs. K.K. Roy (2004 SCW/1) and the order passed in R.S. Verma (supra) top which learned counsel for the respondent/State has no objection.
(3) Accordingly, the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted to make a representation before the concerned authority. It is expected from the competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible in an objective manner preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
